It is difficult to price any project without seeing it as all projects vary depending upon prefered materials, labour costs and complexity. At NHR we give free estimates and quotations and will resolve any questions regarding a project prior to commencement.

Design

NHR's experience can help homeowners decide on the best way to add space or functionality to their home, while keeping the home's look and character.

Appraise

NHR evaluate existing structures and work with local planning officials. We can then make any proposals in a clear language to help the client understand the best course of action.

Maintenance Contracts

At NHR we give a high quality service based on Communication, Organisation, Efficiency and Craftsmanship. Our Maintenance Team has experience in all trades and access to a support network, for those tasks that require clarification. Working with our Clients, Health & Safety, Social Services, Care Standards and Fire Officers, we can reduce the overall maintenance budget. Call NHR for large works, general repairs and essential callouts. We will organise repairs to minimise costs and educate Residential Staff to deal with emergencies until our arrival. All residencies can be supplied with an Essential Services List, which will identify locations for quick shutdown of problem or dangerous services. All work is signed for by a responsible member of staff and time schedules submitted with invoices
